the moment she's outside the door she can feel him. the familiar and distinctive hum that drums in her veins whenever he's around. it's a comfort, knowing even here she's able to tell he's nearby. with a deep breath she lifts her hand and goes to knock. only to stop when thee door pulls opens before she gets a chance. pulling with it all the air from her lungs because God, she's missed him.
